Any violation may result in a permanent ban and loss of all virtual assets.

• Users below Discord's minimum age requirement are not permitted to use SimCoin.
• Server owners are responsible for ensuring that SimCoin is used appropriately and in compliance with these Terms within their servers.

4. User Conduct

By using SimCoin, you agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes
• Attempt to hack, decompile, or modify SimCoin's systems
• Use automation, macros, or scripts that violate Discord's rules
• Engage in spam, scams, harassment, or illegal activities

Violations may result in suspension, data resets, or permanent bans.

The developers do not guarantee that SimCoin will be error-free or available at all times.

• Server issues or misuse by users

9. Definitions

• "Server Owner" – Administrators or owners of Discord servers where SimCoin is active.

10. User Accounts and Responsibility

• Users must maintain the security of their Discord accounts.
• Server Owners are responsible for managing permissions and controlling access to SimCoin's administrative commands.
• The development team is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SimCoin for:

• Disrupting or overloading the Service or Discord's API
• Automating commands beyond Discord's rate limits

22. Security and Reporting Vulnerabilities

Do not share or abuse vulnerabilities. Doing so may result in a permanent ban or legal action.

23. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections will continue in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SimCoin regarding the Service.
